Sure high school was a total blast and it ended with a bang, it caught my attention and got me thinking good days are over. I was a bit nervous because things will become more serious and I need to mature but I was wrong because COLLEGE was better than high school. I tried liking my course B.S. Architecture but we all know that it was not my choice but of my Dad’s. To tell you honestly I was never somber about it which I blame myself nowadays. I could have been diligent about it instead I party here, there and everywhere. Soon after Veyn went M.I.A I always hang out with Evaress “Bhei” de Vera, Peter “ Tito Pete” Patawaran, Ervin “Boh” Garcia and Aldwin “Baldo” Chincauco all of which are my classmate except for Baldo who is just a schoolmate of ours. I miss the times when we just drive and drive and all of a sudden were in Bataan or in Tarlac. Drinking session during the afternoon, cut class all the time and not do our plates/drawings. Gosh I miss those days. I don’t even have to wait for Saturday and Saturday’s another story. I miss those carpool and convoy days with these guys! It’s true that I really did enjoy my youth to the fullest though I still have tiny regrets for not being stern about my decisions. Here is a picture of Bhei and Tito Pete inside my car, I was driving and Boh took the picture. I think this was sometime in 1998.
Bhei is now residing in the states with her daughter Andi.
Boh is now happily married and has a son.
Tito Pete is working with Mark Lapid in Philippine Tourism, not sure if he is already married.
Baldo is now managing their grocery GQ in CSF.
I would like to thank God and my parents that despite of all the drama I can say that my youth was the best and I enjoyed every moment I had.
